Waterford Teachers' Centre - Substitute Register 2017 - 2018

Waterford Teachers' Centre provides a Subsitution Service for Primary and Post Primary Teachers'.   If you wish to download a form, please post or call into the Centre.

You have to have a Teaching Council Number to be on the Register.  There is a charge of €30 to Teachers to have their details included on the Register for the Academic School year 2017 - 2018.

One of the consistent problems we have experienced over the years in managing the register is that teacher's on the lists do not keep us informed when they find long-term work so we find ourselves giving out-of-date information to School Principals. 

I am requesting you to make a special effort to keep us fully informed as to whether you have found employment, even if it is only for a short period of time. If our Register is at all times accurate then schools will have more confidence in it and will use it more regularly.
