This course is aimed at teachers and SNA's who working with students with Autism in the 20-21 school year. It will be particularly relevant to those in Special class settings or working with younger students or students who find the mainstream classrooms a challenge.
This will be a practical session with opportunities for questions.
It will be facilitated by Marie Byrne, an experienced teacher & child psychotherapist, who has worked as an Autism advisor with SESS/NCSE for many years. She has a wealth of professional and personal experience of loving and living and working with people with Autism and brings a neuro-psychotherapeutic perspective to her work in the area.
