WEBINAR: HOW TO WORK EFFECTIVELY WITH TEACHERS: A GUIDE FOR SPECIAL NEEDS ASSISTANTS

This webinar is designed to empower Special Needs Assistants (SNAs) with the skills and strategies needed to foster effective working relationships with teachers. Recognising the importance of collaboration in inclusive education, this session explores practical ways to enhance communication, clarify roles, and build partnerships that prioritise student success. Through a mix of discussion, examples, and reflective practices, SNAs will gain tools to navigate the dynamics of teamwork in school settings, ensuring alignment with teachers' goals while advocating for the needs of their students. Participants will receive a case study to read before the webinar, providing real-life context for the discussions and activities during the session. This preparation will enhance participants understanding and engagement, allowing for more meaningful contributions to the collaborative exercises.
