BIO: Helen Quinn
I bring a unique blend of expertise and experience in education, mental health training, career guidance, life coaching and Positive Intelligence coaching to the creation and facilitation of this programme - as a qualified teacher, trainer, careers advisor and life coach with over 20 years’ experience in education and guidance roles. I have taught in Zimbabwe and Northern Ireland, and have worked in career guidance roles in Jobcentres, schools and 3 universities, helping people of all ages to build their self-awareness and self-confidence. I also work as a sessional trainer for AWARE, promoting positive mental health in schools and the community. I have chosen to work all my life in roles where I can educate, guide and support others and I am passionate about helping people to realise their potential.
